When necessary, we are always happy to repair or refinish and clean our pieces. Each piece is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to a repair fee. This process may take 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity. Please note we cannot accept an item for repair if any third parties have worked on it.
For all repairs, please reach out to us at info@psychefinejewelry to obtain an RA#. All repairs must have an RA# written on the outside of the box to be accepted. Please ship with a signature required, insurance, and reach out to us with tracking information to ensure your repair arrives safely. We kindly ask that you do not send anything to us without contacting us at email@example.com to receive an RA#. We are not responsible for items returned without prior notification.
If you need to have a ring resized, please reach out to us at info@psychefinejewelry to first assess if the ring is sizable. Not all our designs can be resized. If sizable, each ring is subject to a repair fee which is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Resizing may take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity.
