When is the last day to place an order and recieve the item by December 24th?
The last day to order made-to-order items is November 18th.
The last day to order ready-to-ship pieces with regular, non-expedited shipping is December 12th.
We will do our best to get all orders out on time, but even within the above date ranges, we cannot guarantee delivery. This is a very busy time of year, and we are at the mercy of the parcel gods. Our best advice is always to shop as early as you can.
How do you pronounce "Psyche"?
\sī-kē\ -- rhymes with high-key.
What is the story behind the brand name?
Claire, the founder of PFJ, studied Classical Civilization and Psychology in college, so "Psyche" is a nod to her degrees and passions. Psyche is both a character from Greek mythology and the term used in psychology to refer to the human mind and personality.
Where is the jewelry made?
All Psyche pieces are made by our expert goldsmith in our hometown of Chicago, IL. Our chains come from trusted wholesalers who are primarily US-based and have been vetted and chosen for their commitment to transparency and alignment with Psyche values.
What materials do you work with?
All of our jewelry is crafted with SCS-Certified 100% Recycled Gold.
We proudly use natural, conflict-free CanadianMark and reclaimed diamonds in our designs. Our gemstones are sourced from vetted partners who are committed to transparency in the production chain. Many stones can be traced back to the mine, the miner, and the cutter.
We commit to partnering with like-minded wholesalers and gem cutters who provide as much transparency as possible about stone origins and whose values align with the goals of Psyche.
Do you ever use lab-created stones?
We only use natural stones in our creations.
Can you use one of my stones in one of your designs?
Please reach out to info@psychefinejewelry.com. Use of customer-owned stones is done on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! If you would like to create a custom Psyche piece, please reach out to info@psychefinejewelry.com. We can customize any existing Psyche Fine Jewelry design, e.g., if you would like to create your own Delphi Solitaire Ring or Artemis Signet Ring, we will help source the stone and custom-make your dream ring. A non-refundable $150 finders' fee applies for sourcing the stone options for your design. If you proceed with creating your piece, the fee will be deducted from your total.

Can I custom-order something in a different metal?
We are happy to make any of our original designs in 22 karat yellow gold or platinum upon request. These changes will have different prices than those listed on the website due to the customization. Please email us to get started.
Please note we do not offer any designs in sterling silver, vermeil, brass, or other base metals.
Any Psyche Basics piece that does not already have 18 karat gold or white and rose gold options on the product page is unavailable for ordering in those options.
Do all charms/pendants come with a chain?
No. All charm and pendant listings are for the charm/pendant only unless otherwise stated. Chains can be purchased separately here.
How do I know my ring size?
Fingers are tricky things, so we do not recommend guessing. Check out our sizing guide for the best tips to determine your ring size.
Where Can I Download the Charm Size Guide?
For a to-scale PDF of Psyche charms you can print to gauge size, click here. Be sure to print the page "Actual Size" in your printer settings. To check you've printed it to scale, use the 1 inch box in the top corner to verify.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes! We are excited to partner with ShopPay Installments via Affirm and Klarna to offer easy-to-manage payment plans tailored to your needs and budget.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If there is an error with your order, we will, of course, correct it. That being said, not liking an item in person or changing your mind does not equate an incorrect order.
Due to the nature of our return policy, we strongly recommend that all customers carefully review sizing and measurement descriptions, as well as all product photos, to ensure an accurate understanding of what the piece will look like in person. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about a product.
