Shipping + Return Policy

When will my order ship?

Shipping times may vary depending on the item's status and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Made-to-order items take approximately 4-6 weeks to ship.

In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days.

Please note: selecting expedited shipping will not affect the timeline of a made-to-order piece, i.e., selecting overnight shipping does not expedite the 4-6 week timeline to manufacture the item.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship domestically within the United States and internationally to Canada, Europe, and the UK.

Please note: international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes. The buyer is responsible for these fees. All international shipments are declared and insured accurately. 

My package was lost or stolen - now what?

All of our packages ship with fully insured tracking and packages of $1k+ require a signature. We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the mail carrier. If you need help filing a claim with the shipping carrier, we will be more than happy to assist you. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If there is an error with your order, we will, of course, correct it (for example, if we sent you the wrong size or color). That being said, not liking an item in person, changing your mind, or an item not fitting does not equate to an incorrect order.

Due to the nature of our return policy, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the sizing and measurement descriptions, our ring sizing guide, and all product photos to ensure an accurate understanding of what the piece will look like in person.
